Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-19. NewBizDigest is operated by Automation Glass.

Who we are

NewBizDigest is operated by Automation Glass, 416 S Grant Street, South Bend, Indiana, USA. Contact: support@automationglass.com.

Data we publish

Our lists contain public business registration records exactly as published by state open data portals: business name, entity type, status, principal business address city/state/ZIP, formation date and (paid CSV only) the registered agent name. We do not enrich records with emails, phone numbers or other personal data, and the free samples on this site never show registered agent names or street addresses.

What we collect from subscribers

Only two things: your email address (to deliver the digest you bought and send service messages about it) and the billing data held by Stripe. Stripe, Inc. is our payment processor: it collects and stores your card and billing details under its own privacy policy, and we never see or store your card number. We do not sell or share subscriber data, and we do not use it for any other marketing.

Email delivery

Digests and service messages are sent from our Microsoft 365 mailbox (Microsoft acts as our email provider). We keep a log of which digest was sent to which address so nobody is emailed twice.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security and troubleshooting; these are not used to identify visitors. Search engines report aggregate search statistics to us.

Retention and your rights

We keep your email address while you are subscribed and delete it within 30 days after you cancel, except the minimal records needed to honour an unsubscribe and for tax and accounting. Stripe keeps billing records as required by law. You can ask us for a copy of, or deletion of, your data at support@automationglass.com.

Corrections and removal of a business record

If a record about your business is wrong, please correct it with the state; on request we also remove a record from future digests and this site: see Support.
