The service

NewBizDigest (operated by Automation Glass) is a weekly email listing businesses newly registered in a state, compiled from public records published by that state's open data portal, with the full list attached as a CSV file.

Price and billing

$19/month per state, billed monthly in advance by Stripe. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: see the refund policy.

No advice, no guarantee

The lists are information only, not legal, credit, financial or insurance advice, and not a consumer report: do not use them to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. Records are provided as published by each state, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness; dates, names and addresses may contain errors made at filing, and a week may be late or missing if the state's portal is unavailable.

Permitted use

You may use the lists for your own business prospecting and research. You are responsible for following all laws that apply when you contact businesses on the list, including CAN-SPAM for email, the TCPA and do-not-call rules for calls and texts, and state marketing and privacy laws. Do not resell or republish the lists as-is.

Each list is derived from the state dataset linked on its page and is subject to that portal's terms of use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Automation Glass's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
