Cancel or unsubscribe

Reply CANCEL to any digest email, or email support@automationglass.com with the subject CANCEL. We handle it within 1 business day: your subscription is cancelled in Stripe (no further charges) and you are taken off the mailing list. You can also ask for a refund under the refund policy.

Data errors (errata)

We publish records as the state publishes them. If you spot a record that looks wrong (for example a typo, wrong city or wrong date), tell us: if it is our processing error we fix it and send a corrected CSV with the next digest; if the state's record is wrong, the business must correct it with the state, and the correction flows through on a later update.

Remove my business record

If you own or represent a business listed in a sample on this site or in a digest, email support@automationglass.com with the business name and state entity ID. We remove it from this site and from future digests within 1 business day. The record stays public on the state's own portal; to change it there, contact the state.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. For receipts, a changed card or a refund, email us.
